Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting us at longo.ale@yahoo.com.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition;

  • the item must be returned in the original packaging where possible;

  • proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned unless defective or required by applicable law:

  • used items;

  • opened hygiene or personal care products;

  • gift cards;

  • final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution after review.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
